US Carports Order and Installation Process

When you make the decision to purchase from US Carports, we begin the process by:

• Creating the order for the building, based on your needs and your specifications.
  
• You will sign the order and place a down payment of between 10% to 12%, depending upon the size of the building.
• At that point, your building will be manufactured to spec. That usually takes several days.
• In about 2 to 4 weeks, one of our customer service representatives will call you to insure:
  • that you and your installation site are ready for the building.
  • to set up an appointment for our contractors to come out and build the building.
• On the scheduled day of installation:
  • Our professional contractors will install the building at the construction site.
  • Our contractors will collect the balance of the payment due when the building has been completed, to your satisfaction.    

Please insure that the installation site is completely level to avoid any delays or extra charges to level the building.
